Bug and glitches are nothing new for Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and this latest one allows players to essentially vanish into walls at specific locations, giving them a major unfair advantage. It's a big week for Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and the core Modern Warfare 2 experience as Season 2 officially launches in a few days after a slight delay. Activision recently shared a roadmap of Season 2 content featuring new game modes, weapons, operators, as well as the Ashika Island Warzone map.
While the Season 2 reveal hasn't impressed everyone, some have grown concerned at the rising number of issues found within the game including various bugs and glitches. Some have proven to be fairly small and more cosmetic in nature, though there have been a few game breaking issues discovered including a recent Warzone bug involving a recon drone that pinged enemy players and remained active for the rest of the round instead of for a few seconds. However, this latest discovery gives players another way to ruin matches.
A new wall glitch has been discovered by players and unfortunately, this bug can take place within Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer. The Warzone discovery was highlighted by Traydavis20 on TikTok, who learned about it from another player during a match. There's a specific building in Al Mazrah City that players can use to back hop through a wall and vanish under the map completely. With the arrival of gas, players will need to find a ladder and climb out, so the glitch can't be used for the entire match.
In terms of Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer, the discovery comes from a TikToker named Varics while playing on the Embassy map. Using the dolphin dive technique in a specific room, players can basically breach the wall and go out of the map. Unfortunately for other players, this gives the person a great vantage point for taking out other players while essentially making them invisible to everyone else.
As of now, it's not known if these issues are going to be resolved in the upcoming Season 2 release. What's more worrisome is that this isn't the first instance of players going out of bounds for an unfair advantage as these issues have been prevalent inside of Warzone and the last few mainline Call of Duty game releases.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
