A brand-new limited-edition Blu-ray box set containing the first season of CHAINSAW MAN is now available to pre-order at the Crunchyroll Store. The new collectible will be available for purchase in July, and it contains two discs with additional content, as well as a 72-page booklet.

The entire package costs about 85US$, and will be available on July 29. Fans will notice that the cover art somewhat resembles that of the CHAINSAW MAN manga volume covers.

As mentioned previously, the upcoming limited-edition CHAINSAW MAN box-set contains two discs, as well as a booklet filled with all kinds of extra content on the discs, including:

The special features are included in the regular CHAINSAW MAN Season 1 Blu-ray, while the 72-page booklet is available only in the limited-edition release. Some of the artwork on the discs is copyrighted, while others is publicity artwork and behind-the-scenes artwork of episode storyboards. They're serious about it being limited-edition too, as only three units are permissible per customer. The first season of the anime adaptation of Tatsuki Fujimoto's CHAINSAW MAN is produced by staff at studio MAPPA, with Ryū Nakahara serving as director, Hiroshi Seko (series composition, Attack on Titan) on the scripts; character designs by Kazutaka Sugiyama (character designer, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation); veteran art director Yūsuke Takeda (art direction, Ghost in the Shell franchise) doing what he does best while kensuke ushio composes the soundtrack. Daiki Watanabe and Masahiro Tamai serve as directors of 3D; Ryū Nakahara as action director, and Kiyotaka Oshiyama behind the devil designs. The cast of CHAINSAW MAN includes:
