Chicago Med season 10, episode 19, "The Stories We Tell Ourselves," will air on NBC on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 at 8 p.m. E.T. Chicago P.D. Season 12 also airs on Wednesday nights, and so does Chicago Fire. If fans miss the latest episode of Chicago Med, they can stream it on Peacock the next day, Thursday, April 24th, 2025.

The official description for Chicago Med season 10, episode 19 reads:

"Maggie and Goodwin's friendship is tested as tensions rise during the nurses' union's negotiations with the hospital; Ripley and Archer treat a skateboarder struck by an emergency vehicle; Frost helps a young boy abandoned by his mother."
