The next episode will do what Chicago Med does best: balance the doctors' tough and always-changing personal lives while ensuring that their jobs at Gaffney Chicago Medical Center are never easy. Chicago Med season 10, episode 21, "Baby Mine..." Brought back Dr. Charles's two daughters Robin (Mekia Cox) and Anna (Hannah Riley), and Anna will become a patient in the next episode. The season 10 finale will also be about the tough choices Goodwin has to make about the hospital's staff. Several episodes ago, the nurses went on strike, which affected Goodwin's friendship with Maggie Lockwood (Marlyne Barrett).
