Ciaccona is the bard of Wuthering Waves, and she’s a cute off-field DPS. Unlike Venti from Genshin Impact, Ciaccona excels in applying DoTs on enemies, while Venti operates more as a battery for their team.

Even when switching to another character, Ciaccona stays on the field after casting her Resonance Liberation and continues applying Aero Erosion or Spectro Frazzle. It’s a very useful mechanic that makes her useful for a lot of teams in Wuthering Waves.

Ciaccona Best Echo In Wuthering Waves

When building Ciaccona in Wuthering Waves, players should consider her mechanics and gameplay. She’s not supposed to stay on the field longer than the main DPS and should only stay long enough to apply her Aero Erosion DoTs. For that, build Ciaccona with the Gusts of Welkin Echo set. It will increase her entire team’s Aero DMG by 15% when Ciaccona stacks her Aero Erosion, and another 15% extra Aero DMG for Ciaccona. So, unlike the Sierra Gale Echo set, Ciaccona will still get her 30% Aero DMG while buffing her team’s DMG. Perfect for a Sub-DPS unit like her.

The best main Echo for Ciaccona on the Gusts of Welkin set is the Reminiscence: Fleurdelys. It only grants her a little bit of Aero DMG while the Echo deals a decent amount of DMG, but there are no better options for this Echo set. Build Ciaccona with Crit DMG on her main Echo while aiming for Aero DMG for both her Cost 3 Echoes. Unsurprisingly, go for ATK% on the Cost 1 echoes, and Ciaccona should be ready for a fight.

Ciaccona Best Weapons In Wuthering Waves

The best weapon for Ciaccona in Wuthering Waves is her Signature Weapon, Woodland Aria. The 5-star Pistol increases Ciaccona’s Crit Rate, ATK%, and Aero DMG while debuffing enemies to Aero DMG, which further improves her Aero Erosion DoT gameplay. Players can also build her with Static Mist, as it gives her Crit Rate and the ability to buff the next character’s ATK%. It’s not as good as her BiS, but it's still a solid choice for an off-field Sub-DPS Ciaccona.

For 4-star weapons, the best weapon for Ciaccona is Romance in Farewell because she can easily apply Aero Erosion on enemies and get the ATK% stacks. Novaburst and Relativistic Jet also grant ATK% buffs that Ciaccona can meet, but they’re not as good as Romance in Farewell. For players who want Ciaccona to finish her rotation as fast as possible, give her Cadenza, and it will increase her Concerto Energy.
