How to Empty a Landfill in Cities: Skylines 2

One of the best ways to empty a landfill is to move the trash to another location, like an incinerator. Since incinerators have a large capacity to hold and eliminate trash, it is the best way to dispose of waste from a landfill for good. While investing in an incinerator may seem like a great idea, it has drawbacks. The most prominent drawback of investing in an incinerator is that it increases pollution, thus causing massive damage to the environment.
Players who do not want to invest in an incinerator to eliminate trash from a landfill can instead invest in a recycling plant.
Players who do not want to invest in an incinerator or recycling plant can build another landfill far away and move the trash there to empty the current one. To do so, click on the full landfill and select Start Emptying to initiate the process of emptying a landfill. However, if there is an incinerator or recycling plant, it will move it to those locations.
Players can build roads to other cities and select Start Emptying to sell their trash to other cities, albeit it will cost money.
