Players in Sid Meier's Civilization 6  have many features to make their cities and civilizations unique from other players. One of these is the government feature, which allows players to have a government with different benefit slots that players can change at will for the most part.

There are four types of benefits in Civilization 6 which are known as policies. They are:

  • Military
  • Economic
  • Diplomatic
  • Great Person

As it can be seen, there are benefits coming with most governments with the obviously best ones coming in late game. However, the best government to pick is reliant on what kind of victory condition players are going for in their session of Civ 6. These are the best match-ups with governments and victories.
