The Crimson Forest is one of the smaller side areas players can explore from The Continent in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. While some locations are easy to maneuver and the boss is waiting at the end with the reward, you need to solve a small puzzle before attempting to fight the boss hiding in the Crimson Forest. Three sword statues must be found to summon the area's boss.
The Chevaliere sword statue can be activated in any order.
Although the Crimson Forest doesn't contain many items, there is, however, a decent weapon for Verso waiting at the end after defeating the boss. This guide will list the collectibles available in Crimson Forest in Expedition 33, along with how to summon the boss.
Crimson Forest Location In Expedition 33
The Crimson Forest is located northwest of the Crushing Cavern, near the Endless Tower in Expedition 33. You can only reach it by unlocking Esquie's flying ability. It is recommended to be at least level 50 before attempting to explore the Crimson Forest and defeat the boss found at the end.

So, go left and interact with the first sword statue in Expedition 33. The colors will dim a little bit, and enemies will start appearing in the Crimson Forest. There's another path to the boss to the right, but you should go left to find the second statue. Defeat the enemies and they might drop a
Polished Chroma Catalyst.
Colour Of Lumina
Before jumping down to the second sword statue, hop to the floating platform to reach the other side and pick up a
Colour of Lumina.
Shortcut
Unlock the shortcut and rest at the Crimson Perch expedition flag if desired.
Resplendent Chroma Catalyst
Once you're done, go back and jump down to reach the second sword statue in Expedition 33. Don't forget to grab the nearby

Second Chevaliere Sword Statue Location

Once you examine the area and choose Yes, the Chromatic Gold Chevaliere boss will appear alongside a Clair and Obscur. They're mainly there to buff the boss and debuff the expedition team in Expedition 33, while the Chromatic Gold Chevaliere deals high fire and ice damage.
