Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a French-developed RPG that's heavily inspired by some of the most iconic JRPG series, like Final Fantasy and Persona. Not only is Clair Obscur one of the highest-reviewed games of the year so far, but it's managed to sell millions of copies in mere weeks, becoming a hit for the studio, Sandfall Interactive.
Although the game is fairly linear, funneling you towards your next major story beat, there's a ton of different things to find that'll prove useful for your journey.
