After failing to kill the "heart" of the Paintress in the Old Lumiere in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, players must find an alternative to pass through the Monolith's barriers. Thanks to the journals left by the previous expeditioners, the group found out that there's another method to break the barrier, but according to Verso, it's incredibly difficult. The group must defeat a being more powerful than the Nevrons, the large creatures called an Axon.
There are two Axons players must beat to continue the main quest, and that's Sirene and Visages in Expedition 33. Both Axons have completely different movesets and methods to kill, and here's how to beat Sirene in Expedition 33.
Sirene Boss Guide In Expedition 33
Sirene is one of the two Axons players must beat to progress in the main quest in Expedition 33. Once the boss is defeated, players are rewarded with:
How To Beat Sirene In Expedition 33
Before attempting to beat Sirene in Expedition 33, players should know that Sirene is weak to Dark and Ice, and is resistant to Light and Earth. Players can use Lune to deal Ice damage, Sciel or Monoco for Dark damage, or use weapons with the correct elements.
Sirene's primary gimmick is her constant application of the Charm debuff in Expedition 33. This debuff causes the affected character to not be able to move and attack their own teammates.
All of Sirene's attacks that apply Charm can be avoided, but to be safe, it's a good idea to beat Tisseur in Expedition 33 to get the
Anti-Charm Pictos.

|
Grand Ballet begins |
Summons 5 Ballet dancers, each hits a different element and moves at a different speed. |
It's difficult to fully dodge on the first encounter, since each Ballet moves in a different way. Try to listen to sound cues on top of watching the enemy's movements and focus on perfecting dodges instead of parrying. |

Glissandos bash its head on the arena. |
Jump dodge and counter three times. |
Sirene Movesets - Final Act
When the Final Act begins, Sirene summons both Glissando and Widow Ballet, and they will attack alternately. Glissando bashes its head on the arena, causing a wave to appear. Use jump to dodge and counter right after. Meanwhile, Widow Ballet will attack from the right side, swooping in quickly after Glissando does its hit.
