The lowest price is available via Fanatical, which lists the Steam version at 30% off, bringing it down to $34.99. The platform is also running a separate promotion that applies an additional 5% discount with the promo code "OMENVIP" at checkout. The Best War Games can confirm that the offer stacks with the existing discount, reducing the final price to $33.24. This marks the game’s lowest-ever price on any storefront. Fanatical was the only store to offer Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 at 20% off before launch, so this new record low aligns with the company’s typically aggressive pricing strategy.

The GOG version is completely DRM-free and can be played even without a launcher, but is otherwise identical to the Steam edition. The Epic Games Store matches GOG’s percentage discount, but its final price is slightly lower because the base game is listed at $49.99, compared to $54.84 on GOG.
GOG and Fanatical's deals apply to both the base game and its Deluxe counterpart. Two additional editions of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 are slated to launch later in November, but only as physical releases for consoles.
The ongoing sales are likely to help the acclaimed RPG maintain its commercial momentum for a while yet, adding to a lifetime sales total that has already surpassed 5 million units, according to publisher Kepler Interactive’s latest update from early October. Commemorating that milestone, developer Sandfall announced a free update that will expand Clair Obscur with additional bosses, costumes, localizations, and an entirely new area to explore, among several other novelties.
