How Does the Undead Ascension Event Work in Black Ops 6 Zombies?
The Undead Ascension Event is yet another leaderboard-style Zombies event, similar to the No Cranked, No Glory Event that debuted earlier in Season 5. Just like the events before it, Undead Ascension will pit you against 29 other players, where everyone must compete for a higher placement on the leaderboard.
The placement each player gets at the end of the event will determine what rewards they receive. In this event specifically, players will need to increase their placement by earning event points, either by gaining eliminations or completing the Main Quests in Zombies. Each task grants a specific amount of event points, which are as follows:
- Zombie Kill: 1 Point
- Special Zombie Kill: 25 Points
- Elite Zombie Kill: 100 Points
- Reckoning Main Quest: 10,000 Points
- Shattered Veil Main Quest: 9,000 Points
- Liberty Falls Main Quest: 3,500 Points
- Other Main Quests: 7,500 Points

There are two sets of rewards that players can unlock as part of the Undead Ascension Event. The first are the leaderboard placement rewards, awarded to players depending on their final placement at the end of the event. The second takes the form of milestone rewards, which are awarded immediately upon earning a specific number of points. The Undead Ascension Event begins on September 25 at 10 AM PT and will run for a week, ending on October 30. All GobbleGums unlocked during the event will transfer over to Black Ops 7 if they are not used in Black Ops 6.
