Next up is an LR 7.62 build perfectly tailored for the long-range meta in Warzone. With the attachments listed above, bullet velocity and damage range are greatly increased, allowing players to land their shots with minimal adjustment to their aim — along with providing more consistent two-shot and one-shot kills.

With the selected Perks, players benefit from reduced fall damage and decreased weapon motion during movement activities — perfect for staying on target while on the move.

This setup also grants players the ability to track opponents without being detected unless they are directly in their line of sight, thanks to the fact that the user will be immune to Alertness. Furthermore, the notification system brought about by using Alterness also warns players when they’re being targeted, making it easier to quickly duck behind cover or get out of sight.

Warzone Secondary Recommendations

While this Sniper Rifle setup is excellent for long-range engagements, relying solely on a Sniper Rifle is not recommended. Instead, players should equip an additional primary weapon to swap to when needed, either by acquiring it via the Buy Station or by running Overkill — if they can manage using just five attachments on the LR 7.62. For most, a Submachine Gun will work nicely, with the Jackal PDW and the Saug being some of the best options.

For players seeking more versatility at range or a weapon to use after dealing damage to opponents from afar, an Assault Rifle is also a great choice. Currently, one of the best Assault Rifles is the GPR 91. However, other options like the XM4 and the Model L are just as effective.
