Here's an easy step-by-step guide that will take you through the entire main easter egg quest for Astra Malorum in Black Ops 7 Zombies!
How to Find & Complete Nikolai's Side EE in Astra Malorum (BO7 Zombies)
To start, you will need to play as Nikolai as your Operator on the Astra Malorum map. Once you've loaded into Astra Malorum, you will need to acquire 3 Molotovs as your Lethal Equipment, which can be purchased for 350 Salvage at any Crafting Table.
While playing as Nikolai and with your Molotovs at the ready, head to the Abyssal Rim area where Wisp Tea can be found. From here, you'll want to begin throwing Molotovs at three specific locations. To begin, throw a molotov at a dirt patch when facing west, close to the Ammo Box and the lamp post. If done correctly, fire footprints will appear. Now, follow the fire footprints and throw another Molotov at the stairs where they stop. Now, throw another molotov towards the final spot where the footprints stop, and they should now lead into a cave.
To follow the footprints into the cave, you will need to approach it and interact with the wood carving of a goat found on a rock to the left of the cave entrance. This triggers a mini-cutscene, where you will now be placed into the cave. From here, proceed forward, and once you reach a dead end, turn back until you reach another dead end, then turn back and interact with the altar.
This will begin a mini-lockdown procedure, where you must avoid the red apparition that damages you, and kill the Ravagers that constantly spawn. After a short while, a small cutscene will play where the Ravagers grab you, and Toor Bala speaks to Nikolai. After this cutscene, you'll spawn out of the cave with your rewards.
