Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Launch Content Full Breakdown
Four Player Co-Op Campaign
The first bit of content that players can dive into at launch is the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Campaign. In the Campaign, players will assume the role of David “Section” Mason as he and the rest of JSOC deal with the return of Raul Menéndez, who has released a mind-bending chemical weapon that blurs the line between reality and madness.
The Campaign can be enjoyed single-player, but also supports up to four players in co-op, where the remaining three players will play as members of JSOC. As a bonus, those who complete the co-op Campaign can then progress to Endgame, a new original mode for Black Ops 7.
Endgame
Endgame is the replayable mode tied to the end of the Campaign; one that players can jump into again and again. It takes place in an open-world Avalon, where players can dive into 32-player PvE action. The mode will feature the operator and loadout system from the Campaign, and the aim is to upgrade your Operator Combat Rating to boost your operator’s abilities.
The gamemode borrows DMZ elements, where players infiltrate, complete missions, and take on enemies to secure loot, then extract to keep their progress. With a mix of soldiers and even zombie enemy types, Endgame definitely aims to be an epic new mode to follow up on the finale of the Campaign.
Multiplayer
Multiplayer will likely be the mode most players are diving into for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, and it’s packed with tons of content. With 30 weapons at launch, including some fan-favourites like the M8A1, and 18 maps available at release, there’s a lot to get into. Here are all the maps players can dive into at launch for Black Ops 7, along with one additional remaster releasing during the games pre-season:

From launch, all standard game modes will use the Open Matchmaking system introduced during the Beta, which minimizes skill as a factor when pairing players together. As for Ranked Play, players will have to wait for Season 2. Round-Based Zombies & Dead Ops Arcade 4
Last up is Black Ops 7 Zombies, which launches with a sizable chunk of content to dive into. First up is Ashes of the Damned, the launch map for the round-based portion of Zombies, taking players to the heart of the Dark Aether in a Tranzit-inspired experience. Players can play as the Terminus Crew or a twisted version of the Primis Crew, battling against the undead and otherworldly enemies.
The Main Easter Egg quest for Ashes of the Damned goes live on November 14 at 9 AM PT, allowing everyone to begin the Easter Egg hunt simultaneously worldwide. Survival mode also arrives at launch, featuring Vandorn Farm as the first playable map. For hardcore fans, Cursed Mode becomes available once the Main Easter Egg Quest has been completed, bringing back classic gameplay elements such as starting with only a pistol, the traditional points system, Relics to customise the experience, and more.
Last but not least is Dead Ops Arcade 4, the fourth entry in the beloved top-down arcade shooter mode. Progress through 80 levels of pure chaos across a variety of locations, culminating in epic boss battles.
Can You Play Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Early?
While there is no early access period for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, there is a method that allows players to technically play the game a little early in their respective time zones outside of New Zealand. To do this, players need to change both their device and Activision account regional settings to New Zealand.
Doing so essentially puts players in the New Zealand timezone, and since the game launches there first on consoles and Xbox on PC, this allows players to play roughly 13 hours early. However, this method only works for Xbox, PlayStation, and Xbox on PC.
As for Steam and Battle.net, you may be able to bypass the worldwide launch window by receiving an invite from someone who already has access to the game. However, bear in mind that this might not work, as the invite method was patched for the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
