The Zursa is the gigantic zombie bear that spawns in Ashes of the Damned as the Elite Enemy type, forcing players to run, gun, and hope that they can get out of the Dark Aether just a little quicker whenever these roaring beasts are nearby. Black Ops 7 Zombies has so many threats to worry about, so why not ensure that the biggest of them fall the hardest? Below, you can find out how to easily kill the Zursa zombie bears in Black Ops 7 by equipping the correct Ammo Mod that will ensure you deal extra damage against these foul beasts.

What Ammo Mod is Super Effective Against Zursa in Black Ops 7 Zombies?

The Napalm Burst and Brain Rot Ammo Mods are super effective against Zursa, meaning players should run these Ammo Mods if they want to deal extra damage to the dreaded zombie bears. Zursa acts as the Elite Zombie that will attack players in the later rounds, and if players want to kill Zursa easily, then they should use Napalm Burst. This Ammo Mod will be purchasable from The Arsenal for 500 Salvage, but unfortunately, the Napalm Burst Ammo Mod is locked until you reach Level 35 and Brain Rot is locked until level 51; therefore, it might be a good idea to pick up Elemental Pop as a Perk in the map and hope for the best, as this will provide you with a random Ammo Mod effect when firing. As always, Pack-a-Punch (and its further tiers of upgrades) will always deal more damage, and so will Weapon Rarity increases with Salvage at The Arsenal. So, make sure you're spending Essence on Pack-a-Punch upgrades with a gun with Napalm Burst to ensure that you're culling the undead bears that plague Ashes of the Damned.

We recommend Big Game as the Major Augment for Napalm Burst and Brain Rot, as both will deal more damage against Elites, and Brain Rot can even charm them into allies!

How to Easily Kill Zursa in Black Ops 7 Zombies

Zursa might be intimidating, but the right set-up will kill them fast. Zursa is a very fast bear, so Stamin-Up is useful for evading its attacks by sprinting away. We also recommend Jugger-Nog and at least Tier 2 Armor to mitigate some of the damage. Distance is key here, but so is speed, so use medium-ranged weapons like Shotguns with decent range, Sniper Rifles, Assault Rifles, and SMGs to aim for Zursa's head, and the glowing bulbs around its body. Stun Grenades will also temporarily halt Zursa's movement, and Combat Axes will deal immense damage when thrown at Zursa's critical hit spots, which are the red parts under the bulbs, and thee head. When shooting the bulbs on Zursa's body, it will be stunned, allowing you more time to focus on headshots for extra damage.
