A common issue with the Black Ops 7 beta is an error telling players that they do not have access to the game. The only option is to pre-order Black Ops 7, but you'll see that error even if you do own the game.
Treyarch is aware of the issue and working on a fix, but in the meantime, there are a few things you can try to get in the game right now. The easiest way to get around this is to join on a friend who is already playing the Black Ops 7 beta. This will allow you to bypass the permission pop-up and start playing. You can also restart your game until it lets you in, although this isn't a guaranteed workaround.
How to Fix Secure Boot and TPM in Black Ops 7
