This includes giving players long and tedious challenges, maps, and Operator Skins to grind on and earn. Players who love working hard for cool weapon camo and skins now have the opportunity to invest their time unlocking these rewards.
The Serpentine Camo is one of the most challenging weapon camos to unlock in Call of Duty’s Warzone DMZ mode. Players must gather rare items and face tremendous difficulties to unlock this camo, which can be frustrating. However, players who know what to look for and where can easily unlock the Serpentine Camo, and this guide will walk players through the process.
Warzone 2 DMZ: How to Siphon Gas
Siphoning gas in Warzone 2's DMZ mode is a new feature and is required to complete a faction mission; here’s how the process works.
How to Unlock Serpentine Camo in DMZ
Unlocking the Serpentine Camo in Warzone’s DMZ mode requires four items:
- Blackcell Hand Cream
- Heavy Chopper Fuel
- Skeleton Key
- Chemist’s Acid
Players must find all 4 items, take them to the secret Zaya Observatory lab’s Buy Station, and trade them in to unlock the Serpentine Camo. Players should carry a secure backpack to safely bring all items to the Buy Station since the 4 items are collected from different maps in DMZ.
How to Acquire the 4 Items
Here’s a step-by-step guide for acquiring each item:
How to Craft the Blackcell Hand Cream
Crafting the Blackcell Hand cream is the most intensive task of the four as it requires players to obtain and loot different rare items. Each of these items also involves collecting other rare items. To craft the Blackcell Hand Cream, players will need the following items:
- 3-Plate Stealth Vest
- 3-Plate Medic Vest
- 3-Plate Comms Vest
- Premium Liquor
Players can obtain the 3-Plate Stealth Vest, the 3-Plate Medic Vest, and the 3-Plate Comms Vest from the Buy Station in the Koschei Complex. However, for the Premium Liquor, players need to craft several other items to obtain it. These items are:
- Bullfrog’s Blow Torch: Defeating the Bullfrog boss in Vondel and looting them rewards players with the Bullfrog’s Blow Torch.
- Two Vintage Wine: Players can find this lying anywhere on the ground on Ashika Island and Vondel; just check the tac map for its icon.
- Two Calling Cards: Players can obtain these by looting players who have defeated the Scavenger boss and collected their loot.
-
Bombmaker’s Blend: Crafting the Bombmaker’s Blend requires 4 additional items:
- Bombmaker’s Screwdriver: Players can obtain this by defeating the Bombmaker boss in Tsuki Island.
- 200k cash: Players should collect money throughout DMZ until they achieve this amount.
- GPU: Players can find this in the Al-Safwa Quarry by searching the Chemical Storage Warehouse.
- Ancient Gun Oil: Crafting the Ancient Gun Oil requires 4 additional items: Damascus Dog Tag, Diamond Bit Drill, Chlorine, and AQ Laptop. Players should search the Koschei Complex for the AQ Laptop and the Diamond Bit Drill and look anywhere on the DMZ map for Chlorine. As for the Damascus Dog Tag, players must complete 10 exfils in a row or kill an enemy that has achieved the objective.
To craft the Blackcell Hand Cream, start at the bottom by preparing the Ancient Gun Oil. Find and mix the required ingredients to make the Ancient Gun Oil, then mix the oil with the cash, GPU, and Bombmaker’s Screwdriver to make the Bombmaker’s Blend. Next, combine the Bombmaker’s Blend with the Two Calling Cards, Two Vintage Wine, and Bullfrog’s Blow Torch to craft the Premium Liquor.
After crafting the Premium Liquor, combine it with the armor vests: the 3-Plate Stealth Vest, the 3-Plate Medic Vest, and the 3-Plate Comms Vest purchased earlier to get the Blackcell Hand Cream.
How to Complete Bryson Long Rifle Weapons Testing DMZ Mission
Here’s the best way to complete the Bryson Long Rifle Weapons Testing Mission in Call of Duty DMZ.
How to Obtain Heavy Chopper Fuel
The Heavy Chopper Fuel in DMZ spawns different locations, so it can be difficult to find. However, some of the most common areas it spawns are the Al-Malik Airport, the cargo train, and the destroyed Zaya Observatory. Keep an eye out for the Heavy Chopper Fuel icon on the tac map in these areas and search extensively, as it’s not easy to come around. Players can use the Heavy Chopper Fuel to complete the Flight Risk Mission.
How to Obtain the Chemist’s Acid
Players can find the Chemist’s Acid in Al Mazrah in the Yellow Radiation Zone. To obtain it, open the tac map, head to the zone, and kill enemy players wearing Yellow Hazmat Suits. Players should loot the fallen enemy to obtain the Chemist’s Acid alongside other items, such as a Golden Skull.
How to Obtain the Skeleton Key
Players can obtain the Skeleton Key by completing various faction missions in the DMZ mode. Some simple faction missions that offer the Skeleton Key as a reward include The Route Forward Mission and the Pay it Forward Mission. Another easy way to acquire a Skeleton Key is to trade for it at the Buy Station.
Crafting the Serpentine Camo
After obtaining all the 4 required ingredients, it’s time to unlock the Serpentine Camo. Head over to Al Mazrah, find the Zaya Observatory, and go to the secret lab beneath it. Players can only craft the camo when radiation hits the Zaya Observatory, so put on radiation blockers and gas masks. Once in the lab, open the tac map, find the portable shop, and trade all 4 items for the Serpentine Camo. The process is lengthy but worthwhile for players who love a challenge and unlocking all rewards in Call of Duty.
