The Staic-HV is one of the free rewards within the Season 5 Battle Pass for Modern Warfare 3, found in Sector 6. The fastest and most surefire way to reach Sector 6 is by unlocking all rewards in Sectors 1, 3, and 5. Once done, players can then claim every other reward in Sector 6 before unlocking the Static-HV.
