Season 4 Reloaded has marked its debut for Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, bringing with it a plethora of additional content for all major modes. To unlock the Sledgehammer, players will need to complete 5 of the 7 available challenges for Week 5. These challenges can be accessed via the Challenges Tab within the Launcher Menu and can be completed in Multiplayer, Zombies, and Battle Royale. Here is a breakdown of the Week 5 Challenges for Season 4:
