When it comes to choosing a cookie from Legendary or higher rarities in Cookie Run: Kingdom, players don't really have many options, as there is barely more than one candidate for each role. However, things are quite different among the Rare cookies, as there are a lot of them available, and each role has multiple options with unique abilities.
Cookie Run: Kingdom - Fire Spirit Cookie Build and Best Toppings
Fire Spirit Cookie is one of the new Legendary characters from The Flame Awakens update; here’s the best toppings, tarts, and beascuits for it in CRK.
Since collecting resources isn't easy in Cookie Run: Kingdom, it's important to spend them wisely — and on the right cookie. Cream Puff Cookie is a support character, and she comes with significant ability at healing her teammates, while also dealing damage to any enemy within her range. Her stats are neatly tied together, which makes her a decent option for anyone who looks for a cheap healer.
Cream Puff Cookie Skills
Cream Puff cookie features a single ability that ties her attacking and healing stats together. She unleashes a jelly cream all over the battlefield that heals the allies while dealing damage to the enemies. The range of the jelly cream cannot be adjusted through build customization, but players can directly impact the effectiveness of this attack.
Unlike most cookies, Cream Puff cannot deal CRIT damage to enemies. However, investing in the CRIT% stat will increase the cookie's chance to perform a Great Success version of her attack, which deals damage more than twice as the regular version, which also buffs the healing amount as well.
It's worth noting that the Cream Puff cookie is immune to interrupting effects when she unleashes the tornado of jelly cream. Moreover, she has a Blessing of Light ability that grants her some passive buffs for 10 seconds, stacking up to three times.
Last but not least, Cream Puff is one of the cookies that can receive a Magic Candy. Equipping the candy will unlock an ability called Extra Cream, which grants some significant buffs to all allies proportional to every percent of the CRIT% that Cream Puff has.
- Single-hit DMG: 469.6% of ATK
- Healing: 113.9% of ATK
- Successful Spell Single-hit DMG: 1,166.9% of ATK + 100% of CRIT DMG
- Successful Spell Healing: 250.6% of ATK + 15% of CRIT DMG
- Blessing of Light: Amplify buffs +7%, DMG Resist +10% for 10 seconds; stacks up to three times.
- Extra Cream (Tied to Magic Candy): Increases ATK by 0.5% for every 1% of CRIT% for 15 seconds. Capped at 37.5%.
Cookie Run Kingdom: Golden Cheese Cookie Build and Best Toppings
Unleash the true power of Golden Cheese Cookie with the right toppings.
Full Searing Raspberry Topping Build
When looking at the Cream Puff Cookie's stats, it's pretty obvious that ATK plays a crucial role in almost everything that she does. So, why not boost ATK to the maximum possible rate? This build is solely based on this idea, which is why all topping spots are occupied by Searing Raspberry to maximize ATK.
This will benefit Cream Puff Cookie in many ways. Not only does her damage output increase, but since her healing is also a multiplication of ATK, she will be able to heal teammates to a larger extent as well.
This build uses five fully upgraded Epic Searing Raspberry toppings along with a topping tart of the same flavor and rarity. This combo will boost ATK by almost 60%, which is an incredible buff to all the unique skills of Cream Puff Cookie.
That being said, this build does not provide any additional boosts. Although each epic topping comes with some random boost, they won't help that much. This build is still brilliant for those who value the healing ability of Cream Puff, but with a cooldown of 15 seconds, some players might need her to become available quickly after using her ability.
Searing Raspberry And Swift Chocolate Build
If you want to take a middle-ground between improved healing and reduced cooldown, then a combination of Searing Raspberry and Swift Chocolate will work quite well. For this build, it's recommended to use a Swift Chocolate topping tart along with two toppings of the same flavor, and then fill out the rest of the spots with Searing Raspberry.
The build offers nearly 12% cooldown reduction (it depends on the quality of the topping tart) as well as an almost 30% ATK boost — half of the amount that was received from the Full Searing Raspberry build.
Choosing this build will reduce Cream Puff's cooldown from 15 seconds to 13 seconds, which is a worthy upgrade. If you are worried about the reduced ATK improvement though, upgrading the cookie's Beascuit can compensate for that, though it will require a lot of resources.
Searing Raspberry And Juicy Apple Jelly Build
Cooldown and ATK got all the attention in the previous builds, but it was mentioned earlier that the Cream Puff cookie would require a higher CRIT% to use her Great Success variant of attacks, which is already two times more powerful. So, if the players actually invest their build into Juicy Apple Jelly to increase the chances of a Great Success attack happening, it's already a bigger improvement than previous builds.
For that purpose, this build uses a topping tart of Juicy Apple Jelly with one topping of the same flavor, and Searing Raspberry toppings take over the remaining slots. The result delivers a 20% boost to CRIT% as well as a nearly 40% buff to ATK. This combination can be changed to your liking. So, if you want more possibility of Great Success, you can take out a few more Searing Raspberry from the build and add in Juicy Apple Jelly.
However, remember that Searing Raspberry is a 100% effective buff, while Juicy Apple Jelly's influence is not guaranteed. That's why you are recommended to bet more on the red topping than the green one.
Cookie Run: Kingdom - Dark Cacao Build and Best Toppings
Dark Cacao is an Ancient Charge Cookie who uses his Grapejam Chocoblade to crush enemies. Here’s the best topping build and power-up tips for him.
Cream Puff Cookie Beascuit Build
Using a Legendary Beascuit is highly recommended, as it comes with four random stat buffs, and if any of them include ATK, Cooldown, or CRIT%, it will boost the corresponding topping build even more, delivering a higher effectiveness of the cookie in the battles.
As always, upgrading the Beascuit is also recommended. Every upgrade increases the amount of ATK and DEF stats by a slight percentage, and knowing how important ATK is for Cream Puff Cookie, it's worth it to spend some powder to upgrade its Beascuit.
Best Squad With Cream Puff Cookie
Having a top-notch build is one thing, but using the correct cookies next to each other is even more important. A full team of brawlers with no healer might have amazing damage output, but they probably won't last long enough on the battlefield. That's why it's always recommended to include at least one cookie with healing abilities in the squad.
Cream Puff Cookie might not be the best healer in the game, but she is still a capable option to consider, especially when you are looking for a cookie that has decent damage output beyond its healing capabilities. That's when Cream Puff shines, especially in PvP battles when the timeframe is short but survivability still matters.
Taking the rear spot, Cream Puff doesn't need a companion back there, but having a cookie like the Wedding Cake in the middle line can ramp up the healing power of your team without affecting the damage output that much. These cookies are not like Pure Vanilla, whose total focus is on healing. However, they also don't have as much healing effectiveness as Pure Vanilla, which is why at least two of these cookies can be more beneficial than one.
Since Wedding Cake synergizes with Black Forest, it's also highly recommended to put Black Forest cookie in the front line to reach the maximum synergy between her and Wedding Cake.
