Cookie Run: Kingdom has a huge roster of playable cookies across various rarities, with epic cookies being the most common. While advanced players often go for ancient and beast cookies when building their teams, many epics are still incredibly useful and worth investing in.
You can use them to clear story stages, take part in events, and win some epic-only modes like Arcade Arena (and even arena battles as long as you know which ones to pick). In this guide, you’ll find some of the best epic cookies to use in Cookie Run Kingdom, whether you’re an expert or just new to the game.
Best Epic Cookies in Cookie Run Kingdom
Rebel Cookie
Rebel Cookie is one of the epic characters that’s stayed in Cookie Run Kingdom’s meta for a long time, thanks to its strong attack skills and passive abilities. It’s an Ambush-type unit that fights from the front and hits foes fast and smart. When maxed out, it deals great damage, making it one of the best epic tanks to have.
It can also lower enemy defense from 78.9% to 315.4%, meaning even tough cookies like Hollyberry can become somewhat weaker when Rebel’s on the opposing team. On top of that, it can block enemy blows by providing an HP shield to friends, improve their CRIT, create decoys, and sometimes even become untargetable. Rebel Cookie works well with almost any setup, whether it’s Poisonous, Charge, Burn, or something else.
Star Coral Cookie
If you’re looking for a support-type epic cookie that can heal your whole team over time and also boost their attacks, then Star Coral is a great choice. She keeps all cookies on your squad alive by healing them for 11.0% HP every seven seconds and through her Lunar Lantern Healing (10.5%). She also shields them from opponent moves.
You’ll also find her increasing the group’s critical hit rate by 17.5% and speeding up their ATK by 20.0%. If your squad already has some buffs, like Mystic Floor Cookie’s Damage Resist, Star Coral will strengthen them and even prevent the team from getting affected by stun attacks.
Nutmeg Tiger Cookie
Nutmeg Tiger is also a support-type Epic unit made to back up the Fire class. Many CRK fans love keeping Burning Spice on their pack for the heavy damage it dishes out, so if your lineup mainly has Fire heroes and villains (especially Burning Spice), Nutmeg Tiger can be the perfect fit.
Naturally, she can deal Fire damage and inflict burns on enemies. Plus, she can recover all her fiery friends’ health and push their DPS even further. Nutmeg Tiger also gives Burning Spice a special buff that no other support can. Still, she’s not the top pick on her own, so it's best used with strong Fire-type cookies only.
Prune Juice Cookie
There are a decent number of Epic Cookies with poison skills, but Prune Juice really holds his ground. He’s designed to wreck rivals with his signature moves. He starts by targeting an opponent and throwing toxic juice that does 76.9% damage every second for 10 seconds.
Then, he dumps a heavier Giant Prune Juice dose on them for an extra 52.1% DMG, and summons jelly creatures that chip away at their health while spreading poison and gas. The best part is that he forces enemies to take 40% more damage from any poison attacks, whether from him or other team members, making sure foes get shredded fast.
Financier Cookie
Last but not least, Financier Cookie is another solid epic fighter to add to your squad. Charging from the front and mainly acting as a defender, she’s especially handy if you have Ancient or Beast cookies. She’s a true guardian, putting herself on the line to protect the unit with the highest ATK stats in your group.
Not only that, she restores her own HP and the HP of the cookie she’s guarding. In addition to that, she buffs their abilities, including attack power, damage rate, and CRIT resist. Finally, she blesses them with the Light Shield, helping them dodge incoming hits.
