As the Lamb progresses in their journey, they'll find several Follower skins that can be purchased from vendors, and each one represents another being or animal. The Stone Kiosk in every location sells them as they become available. They also appear as a drop in the dungeons or can be purchased from in-game vendors, while others are attainable through downloadable content or connections to other applications.
Updated on August 17, 2024, by Kristy Ambrose: Since Cult of the Lamb launched, it's amassed a loyal following that's been reflected in the game, with more new skins added for an even wider variety of unique animal, plant, insect, monster, or fish-shaped Followers. The most recent DLC, the Pilgrim Pack, contains five new Follower forms that players can add to an already long and creative list. Those new to the game and others with more experience now have even more tools to customize their loyal Followers, cultists, and clergy.

The Blood Moon Festival
Drops In The Wilderness Or Sold From Vendors During A Special Event
These three follower forms are only available during a special seasonal event that took place from October 24th to November 10th, 2023. The Blood Moon Festival resonated with followers of the Cult, and it might return, so there's still a chance for players to find these rare follower skins.
- Cursed Crow. It's just a crow, but it was given a more dramatic name for the holiday.
- Vampiric Demon. Not the same as the Massive Monster follower skin. Complete with horns and several eyes.
- Skeletal Wendigo. A bony follower with a decrepit cow skull.

It's a unique selection of a few more cute woodland critters to torture and enslave.
