If players want to properly manage their cult in Cult of the Lamb, they will have to gather and organize their resources as best as possible. Gamers can get creative when it comes to collecting resources in Cult of the Lamb, as they can either work hard for it or get their cult followers to do it for them - or both.
Cult Of The Lamb: Every Follower Form And How To Get Them
Players curious about the various Follower Forms in Cult of the Lamb can find everything they need to know in this guide.
This guide will tell players how they can get as much Lumber and Stone as possible. Despite being one of the first resources at their disposal, both Lumber and Stone remain important until the very end of the game, so it's crucial to know how to get them to prevent running out.
Labor
Players can order their followers to complete tasks and gather resources for them. To generate Lumber, they have tell the cult members to clear the nearby trees, and to generate Stone, they can ask them to clear the rubble.
This is the most efficient way to get these materials at the start of the game, but the cult grounds will eventually become depleted of both, and players will have to resort to other methods in order to farm Stone and Lumber.
Crusades
Gamers can decide which path they would like to take when they go out on Crusades. Oftentimes, they will have the opportunity to enter rooms that only have trees or rubble - an icon will appear when they select their path. In these rooms, they will find trees or stones, which can be broken into Lumber and Stone respectively if the player hits them with their melee weapon.
If players don't have access to any of the other methods, this can be a useful way to gather some of these resources quickly, but it's important to keep in mind that Crusades are randomly generated, so it's impossible to tell which rooms they'll find inside in advance.
Buildings
There are two buildings in Cult of the Lamb that can generate useful resources. Players can construct the Lumberyard to get Lumber and the Stone Mine to get Stone. A follower will work on a building and gather resources until it runs out. Once this happens, the building will be destroyed, and players will have to make another one. Here is how they work and how much they cost to build.

Cooking
Each recipe has its own set of perks or setbacks, and there are dishes that players can make that will get their cult followers to drop valuable resources. The type of resources that they drop is random, but there aren't that many different resources in Cult of the Lamb so it might be worth the short if you're low on Lumber or Stone.
