Cult of the Lamb’s Sins of the Flesh update is chock-full of new content for players to explore as the benevolent cult leader. This free update is crammed to the horns a plethora of new features, including an all-new gameplay system in which followers can earn and resolve themselves of Sin, multiple new buildings including a Tailor, Mating Tent, and more.
Sins of the Flesh’s namesake Sin system allows the Lamb to initiate special rituals during which a designated follower can generate Sin, a new currency used for upgrades, buildings, re-indoctrination, and more. The update contains five separate rituals, one of which is especially of note as it’s the key to unlocking a special Unique follower outfit: Naked. How to Get the Naked Outfit
Unlocking the Naked follower outfit is not too difficult once players have progressed a bit in Sins of the Flesh’s content. In order to unlock the Naked outfit, players must perform the “Rite of Lust” ritual five times. This ritual can be unlocked once players have defeated three Bishops and started their adventure in Cult of the Lamb: Sins of the Flesh.
Players will find that a new “Sin” section has been added to their book of Doctrines, allowing them to unlock Sinful Doctrines. Unlocking one Doctrine in this section will cause all followers to become capable of generating Sin. Rituals, along with some general debauchery, are a primary source of generating Cult of the Lamb’s new Sin resource.

Sins Doctrines in Cult of the Lamb allow players to capitalize on the sin's committed by their cult's followers, making the cult even more powerful.
To unlock the Naked follower outfit, players will need to unlock the “Rite of Lust” in the Doctrines system. This ritual is technically much tamer than it sounds, as the followers do exhibit a tiny bit of modesty. When initiating this Rite, the Lamb can assign a specific follower as the Mayflower Leader, causing that follower to generate Sin. The follower will go on to lead what is essentially a naked dance party, causing followers to skip out on both work and wearing clothes for half a day.
The Naked follower outfit pattern will drop once the player has initiated and performed the Rite of Lust five times. There's nothing else players need to do; just host five nudist shindigs, and they will receive the recipe. Craft the outfit and one lucky follower of their choosing will get to keep celebrating after hours.
Once the outfit has been unlocked, the player needs to head to the Tailor, where they can craft a single Naked robe by spending Sin. The Naked outfit can be equipped by only one follower at any given time, but can be freely switched to a different follower. Unfortunately, the Lamb cannot equip this outfit, but it is still possible for them to run around in the nude by obtaining the Fleece of the Natural, including in the Sinful Pack paid DLC.
