Dandadan Season 2 keeps dropping amazing episodes since it premiered a few weeks ago. Dandadan is very different from the typical shonen, but it has amassed a large number of fans since the manga debuted on Shonen Jump+ and on Manga Plus.

The series has even been able to win the hearts of those who are not used to watching anime regularly. While not as popular as Demon Slayer or Solo Leveling yet, it perhaps was able to reach a larger audience of viewers who don't see themselves as anime fans.

Where to Watch Dandadan Season 2

Dandadan can easily be streamed on many platforms around the world. Services available in several countries, like Crunchyroll and Netflix, are streaming the series. The episodes are also available on Hulu in the US and Canada, but Hulu is not available in many regions, and Disney+ doesn't stream the series worldwide (although it may stream it in a few countries).

Additionally, the anime is also licensed by many regional players, like ADN in France and Muse in a few Asian countries, including India. There may also be other services officially streaming the series regionally.

A New Series Surpassed Dandadan on Netflix

Hello Kitty Skyrocketing on the Charts

While Dandadan Season 2 has kept a solid viewership, trending on Netflix's weekly top 10 every week since its premiere, it couldn't maintain its position as the most-watched anime series on the platform last week. However, the title that surpassed Dandadan globally was not another shonen series like Tougen Anki or Sakamoto Days. It was the My Melody & Kuromi anime, featuring these two classic Sanrio characters who are part of the broader Hello Kitty universe.

My Melody & Kuromi is produced by Toruku Studio, a division of the renowned WIT Studio, using stop-motion animation. Stop-motion series with cute characters have recently been able to gain a lot of attention on streaming services, as happened with Pokémon Concierge and Rilakkuma and Kaoru (the latter is part of the San-X mascot universe). Either way, the My Melody & Kuromi anime has made its way to Netflix's top 10 each week following its debut on July 24, which is an impressive result, perhaps better than the production expected. While My Melody & Kuromi has trended for days, its audience may begin to dwindle soon, and Dandadan is likely to reclaim its spot as the top anime on the platform.

Dandadan is available to read on MANGA Plus, in English and many other languages. Fans can also read it in Japanese on Shonen Jump+.
