Dandadan dropped its second season in 2025 and it goes without saying that it's been quite amazing. Unfortunately, it’s concluding very soon, on September 18, 2025. It has been a great run for Dandadan, but sadly, no Season 3 is in sight.

Dandadan has received two anime seasons so far, even though technically this is all one season split into two cours. The hype for this series was revived in 2025 with Season 2, but now, it’s officially ending.

Dandadan has one more episode left to air, and it will finally be released on September 18, 2025, which is just a couple of days away. The season finale will be amazing, and fans can’t wait to see what the future holds for this series. In one week, fans will finally have to say goodbye to Dandadan for the time being.

When Will Dandadan Season 3 Come Out?

It’s Far Too Early For Season 3

Dandadan season 2 is concluding, but sadly, Dandadan season 3 has yet to be confirmed, even though its happening is almost a guarantee. Even the director has already gone ahead and teased it.

“There’s an arc coming up in Dandadan that’s full of aliens and new characters. Luckily, it’s not in Season Two! If I kept adding new colors for every new character, I’d run out of options really fast. But with this season, I’ve avoided that problem.” — Fuga Yamashiro

Dandadan season 3 will eventually be announced, but it doesn’t mean it’s coming out anytime soon. Dandadan Season 3 will definitely not air until the end of 2027, at the very least, with 2028 being a more reasonable release date.
