Daredevil: Born Again introduced us to Hector Ayala's White Tiger, the vigilante who unfortunately became a target of the corrupt cops. Matt, who has given up on being Daredevil, does everything in his power to fight for Hector through the system.
Matt is able to prove Hector innocent and get him out of jail, but the White Tiger's happiness doesn't last for long. He earned freedom but lost his life as a corrupt cop (a fanboy of Punisher) shoots him point blank. Hector Ayala is confirmed dead, but that doesn't mean there's no future for the White Tiger in the MCU. Interestingly, the latest episode of the series has already teased a potential candidate to take on the mantle of the White Tiger. Yes, we are talking about Hector Ayala's niece, Angela Del Toro (Camila Rodriguez).

Angela Del Toro Could Very Well Be The Next White Tiger
She Appeared In Episode 4 of Daredevil: Born Again
Before being killed, Hector Ayala was living with his sister (Ava Ayala) and niece (Angela Del Toro). While being a vigilante, Hector was saving enough money to buy a house so that he could fix a broken home and live with his wife. However, before Hector could gift his wife a new home, he got tangled up in some shady stuff involving corrupt cops. Matt won the trial for Hector and got him out of jail, but the corrupt force didn't let go of the grudge against him and got Hector killed.
It's hard to say how Hector's death will affect his wife, but his niece, Angela Del Toro, was clearly shattered after learning about her uncle's death. She was confused as to what good the "fair" trial did to Hector and furious that people within the system got an innocent man killed. Angela Del Toro seems intelligent enough to know that the entire system is corrupt and no one is willing to fix it. She knew that Hector was innocent, and despite being proven innocent, he was killed by the corrupt police.
I hate this city. No one's doing anything about it, and no one's ever gonna do anything about it - Angela Del Toro to Matt.
Angela has a brief dialogue with Matt regarding her uncle's murder, and that is enough to tell us that she has a strong sense of justice. Like Hector, she doesn't believe in the system and understands why his uncle became the White Tiger. Despite being just a kid, she holds enough anger in her heart to become the next White Tiger.
Angela loved and respected her uncle immensely, so she would want to follow in his footsteps and become the next White Tiger to either get revenge or keep Hector's legacy alive. Moreover, we can already see a connection being set up between Matt and Angela, so the next possible White Tiger will have Daredevil by her side as a mentor whenever she takes on that mantle.
All being said, Angela must be in possession of the Amulet to become the next White Tiger. It was the Amulet that infused Hector with the powers of the "Tiger God," giving him extraordinary strength and speed. No matter how much anger Angela holds in her heart, she can't fight the dirty without these powers. Fortunately, Hector's belongings weren't confiscated by the police, as Matt was in possession of them while talking to Angela. It's in Matt's character to hand over the White Tiger costume and the Amulet to the person closest to Hector — who, at this point, seems to be Angela. However, Angela is still too young to become a vigilante, so it may be a while before we see her version of the White Tiger becoming a reality.

She Wears The Mask After Hector's Death
Angela Del Toro is a significant character in Marvel comics, as she becomes the White Tiger after Hector Ayala's death. Similar to how it was shown in Daredevil: Born Again, Hector was wrongfully accused of murder in the comics. After he was shot dead by a guard, Hector's belongings, including the Amulet, were mysteriously handed over to Angela Del Toro. Unlike in the TV show, Angela was a grown-up working in the FBI at the time of her uncle's death. So, she doesn't take much time to become the next White Tiger under Daredevil's guidance.
Daredevil: Born Again Is Helping The Marvel Cinematic Universe Stay Grounded
The MCU has become so cosmic and existential. So this creative decision is a welcome surprise.
Apart from Matt, Angela receives training under Black Widow and Danny Rand (Iron Fist). She becomes a pivotal part of Matt's journey and creates a name for herself in the world. The Amulet gave her tremendous strength and speed, which helped her defeat many powerful enemies, including Sano Orii of the Yakuza. Unfortunately, Angela gets on the dark side of The Hand and gets killed by one of their operatives, Lady Bullseye. That wasn't the end of her story, though, as Lady Bullseye resurrects her through the Pit to make her a vessel for the Hand.

Angela's mind was corrupted after coming back to life, as we saw happening before with other characters like Elektra. Angela then became an antagonistic figure and did some awful things at the behest of the Hand, which included ordering a hit on Foggy Nelson. Eventually, Ava Ayala (Angela's mother and Hector's sister) became the White Tiger to save her daughter from a dark fate.
Angela's White Tiger definitely had an interesting journey in Marvel Comics, but it's hard to say if the MCU will follow a similar story or pave an original path for the character. It's perfectly possible that we will see some character development of Angela within Daredevil: Born Again before she gets her solo project.
