Keep returning to Wallace until the 'Wall!' Option is unlocked. Then keep using the 'Wall!' Dialogue option every time you speak to him. After about five times doing this, Wallace will eventually talk to you normally.

After you have got a Friend or Love ending with 10 characters, you'll unlock the ability to 'realize' them. This requires you to have a specific amount of points in each SPECS stat (this varies for each character). Our realization recipes guide has every characters requirements to be realized. After you've reached 40 points in a SPECS stats, speak with Keith the skeleton key and he'll give you a candy. This can then be given to a character you have a hate ending with, to start their storyline over and get a different ending.
