Date Everything includes characters of all kinds of personality types. Some of the Dateables are witty, shy, confident, and outright rude. The diversity is partly thanks to the diverse cast, full of well-known names in the voice acting industry.
Curt and Rod are part of the Dateables that come in pairs. While they aren't dating each other, players will get the chance to date both of them at the same time if they play their cards right. So, here's how to find all of Curt and Rod's locations and get their Love ending in Date Everything.

How to Find Curt and Rod in Date Everything
Curt and Rod Share the Dateable 9 Spot
Curt and Rod are the personifications of the household drapes in Date Everything. They love to tell jokes and throw shade at players, other objects, and each other. They will appear if players scan any curtain rod or curtain.
Make sure not to scan the window, or Wyndolyn will appear instead of Curt and Rod.
Unlike more stationary Dateables, players can interact with Curt and Rod all over the house. However, they must visit a new spot every time if they want to get new social interactions. The boys will send players off with a wasted Dateviator charge. Players will experience the same thing with Dateables like Dorian or Abel.
All Curt and Rod Locations in Date Everything
Curt and Rod are found in eight rooms upstairs and downstairs. Their locations are by room rather than window, so players will only need to interact with one window per room, even if there are multiple windows in a room. Scan the following curtains to find Curt and Rod:
- Bedroom
- Gym
- Living Room
- Dining Room
- Office
- Kitchen
- Laundry Room
- Entryway
Players will get a unique interaction at each window, but it will take at least nine days before they can solidify their relationship with Curt and Rod. The first time they find them, players should say the following:
- Are... You two okay?
- Rod is rockin' it.
- You shouldn't talk to each other like that.
- Okay. Call a detective. There's been a murder!
- The King of Shade? What's that mean?
- Oh! So, it's like your love language?
- What do you mean, rules?
- You've really thought this out.
- All five. Locked in.
- And the grass is just playing hard to get?
Players must then visit all seven of their locations to begin their romance storyline. The biggest thing when talking to Curt and Rod is to say funny things without being mean. They'll know they said something good if they get the "Got 'Em" or "Ooo Shady" sticker.
Bedroom Curtain
- What's going on?
- Oh! I don't want to disturb him!
- Sounds like you need to take some tips from Rod!
Gym Curtain
- You've got moves and you've been holding back?
- You sound like a scaredy-cat! Scaredy-cat! Scaredy-cat!
- Oo la la. A private dance!
Dining Room Curtain
- Curt had an idea about something?
- I'll tell you the truth, don't worry.
- You caught feelings when they didn't even catch your name!
Office Curtain
- You were reading my messages?
- How are you going to do that?
- I dunno. You seem a little out of practice to me.

Kitchen Curtain
- Rod has a thing for Wyndolyn?

Entryway Curtain
- What's going on?
- The D in those batteries stands for desperate.
- Maybe they just weren't home.

- Bravo!

How to Date Curt and Rod in Date Everything
After players have all the above conversations, they can form a relationship with them. Like Washford and Drysdale, players can date both of them. Players will have a one-on-one conversation with Curt or Rod. Talk to any of the curtains and choose the following options for each one.
Curt
- I'm interested to hear about you!
- You really don't mind the joking, do you?
- What if I want more time with just you?
- It's not your jokes I'm attracted to, that's for sure.
- Now you know for sure!
Rod
- I'm curious about who you are. What's your story/
- Oh trust me. You do. Look good.
- You mean Curt?
- Game recognizes game. And you look unfamiliar.
- You really don't mind the joking, do you?
- What if I want you for myself?
- Good thing it's not humility I'm attracted to.
- Now you know for sure!
Regardless of which one players choose, they say they need to talk to the other. Go back the next day to any curtain and say the following to get the Love ending with Curt and Rod:
- You were waiting for me? I'm glad I showed up!
- The way I've been acting?
- Both of you? At the same time?
- I'd love to be dating both of you!
Players will earn points in the Sass SPECS category if they get a Hate, Love, or Friendship ending with Curt and Rod. They can also bring them to life using their Realization Recipe:
