When players start Date Everything, Skylar will be the first Dateable that they talk to. Dateables are the human personifications of players' household objects and furniture, from the water in their tub to the board games in the attic. Players have over 100 to choose from to form deeper relationships with.
Skylar acts as a guide for players as they get started, and she is a charming, bubbly character with a heart of gold. However, finding and talking to her works a little differently compared to the other Dateables. Earning her affections may take a little longer, but players can use this guide to learn how to romance Skylar in Date Everything.

While it may look goofy at first glance, Date Everything is a lengthy feel-good dating sim with plenty of heart, soul, and furniture puns.
How to Find Skylar in Date Everything
Skylar isn't attached to a physical object in the house, like the bed that players can scan to interact with her. Instead, players can find her by looking at their phone with the Dateviators on. On the bottom left side of the screen is an app labeled Skylar.
Players can access this app at any time without having to scan it. Skylar will appear and provide players with helpful hints on how to work and play the game, as well as interact with the other Dateables. Beyond acting as a tutorial, players can also get an ending with Skylar by reaching Friendship, Love, or Hate with her.
How to Date Skylar in Date Everything
The best way to get closer to Skylar is to talk to her at least once a day and ask her questions about herself. She says so as much to players if they ask about dating her. Specifically, players should choose the following social options to make progress with Skylar:

- Can we talk about how all this 'dating objects' thing works?
- How do the dateviators work in the first place?
- Okay, makes sense, moving on...
- No...is that bad?
- Intriguing...

Players must continue to validate and support Skylar's Suspension of Disbelief if they want to date her in Date Everything. The second time you talk to Skylar, say the following:

- How do dateables eat, listen to music, etc.?
- So you're telling me you don't know.
- Hm. Maybe it's all a bit lost in translation?
- I think that makes perfect sense!
Players only need to talk to Skylar one more time to have a relationship with her.

How to Realize Skylar in Date Everything
After getting a relationship status with Skylar, players will earn the Charm SPECS stat. All that's left to do after that is learn Skylar's Realization Recipe and bring her back to life as a human.
