New Day One Xbox Game Pass Game Confirmed for November 4

Xbox Game Pass subscribers have another day one game they can add to their calendars. As far as day one games go, 2025 may be the all-time best year for Xbox Game Pass, and that's before taking into account the new titles that are on the way in the months ahead.

Earlier this year, Xbox Game Pass subscribers were treated to critically-acclaimed games like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Blue Prince, and most recently, Hollow Knight: Silksong joined the service, earning rave reviews in the process. In fact, Hollow Knight: Silksong reviews have made it the highest-rated game of the year so far. Prior to its release, Clair Obscur was the highest-rated game, and Blue Prince is in the top 10. Clearly, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers have been getting their money's worth from the day one games, and there's even more to look forward to in the near future.

If Xbox Game Pass Wasn’t Already Having Its Best Year Yet, It Certainly is Now

2025 has been one of Xbox Game Pass' best years, and if that wasn't already obvious before, it certainly is after this month's additions.

Football Manager 26 Release Date

November 4

While the next few months have yet to be fully fleshed out when it comes to day one Xbox Game Pass games, we do know of some titles that are on the way. And now a new one has been confirmed, with Football Manager 26 confirmed as a day one Xbox Game Pass game when it releases on November 4. For the uninitiated, Football Manager 26 is a soccer management sim, with previous games in the series earning critical acclaim. Starting November 4, Football Manager 26 will be available to PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate subscribers across PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.

Football Manager 26 is the latest game confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in November 2025, but it's not the only one on the horizon for subscribers. It's also been confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is joining Game Pass Ultimate/PC Game Pass on November 14. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 features a 4-player co-op campaign, round-based Zombies, and of course, the franchise's iconic multiplayer experience.

There are other Xbox Game Pass games to look forward to between now and November. In September, subscribers can look forward to RoadCraft on September 16, Commandos: Origins and Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor on September 17, and Frostpunk 2 on September 18. The Xbox Game Pass October 2025 lineup, meanwhile, is looking especially stacked. Ball x Pit is coming on October 15, while Double Fine's Keeper is joining on October 17. Ninja Gaiden 4 will make its debut as a day one Xbox Game Pass game on October 21, while Bounty Star and Moonlighter 2 are both coming on October 23. Finally, Obsidian Entertainment's The Outer Worlds 2 will be joining Game Pass on October 29. Clearly, the next few months are going to be incredibly busy for Game Pass subscribers.
