Days Gone Remastered takes place in the beautiful Oregon wilderness, and it's easy to see why it would be a popular tourist destination. However, since the worldwide infestation of Freakers, it's safe to assume that few people would want to visit now. But, there are various bits of tourist-friendly information left behind from the old days that you can pick up in Days Gone Remastered.
Days Gone Remastered: Release Date and Time
Days Gone Remastered is nearly here, and here's when players can expect to be able to dive into it.
Across the entire map, there are 28 different tourism collectibles you can find. So get ready to burn through a whole lot of gas picking all of these things up.
Keep in mind that some of these locations may be home to Freaker hordes and nests, or may only be accessible later in the game after completing a story mission.
Where To Find Every Tourism Collectible
All 28 collectibles are numbered, so this guide will show their locations in numerical order.
1. Old Pioneer Cemetery Brochure
This first collectible is located in one of the first places you'll see in the game: the Old Pioneer Cemetery. Enter through the gates close to where you find Alvarez at the beginning of the game, and you'll find this brochure behind the gate on the left.
2. Hungry Jim's Menu
This menu will be appropriately enough be found inside the Hungry Jim's Restaurant in the town of Marion Forks, which is located in the Belknap region. It'll be sitting on one of the tables on the left side.
3. Marion Forks Bumper Stickers
From Hungry Jim's, head down the street to the west to find the Marion Forks Bookstore. This collectible will be sitting on a desk in a back office next to a bathroom.
4. Marion Forks Postcards
In the same bookstore where you just picked up the last collectible, you'll find these postcards sitting on a table next to a red couch.
5. The Benefits Of Bear Creek Hot Springs
This collectible will be in the middle of the Bear Creek Hot Springs Ambush Camp, which you should clear out first to get an additional camp to rest at and fast travel to. Once the bandits have been eliminated, you can enter the tourist shop with a satellite dish on the roof, where you'll find this brochure on the counter near the register.
6. Salome Hot Springs Guestbook
This collectible will be in the abandoned resort near the Hot Springs camp run by Ada Tucker. It's the big building with the red roof that has an ambulance and a fire truck parked outside. You'll find this guestbook in the back office close to the main reception area.
7. Bears? Where?! Black Bear Awareness Poster
This poster can be found at a rest stop for hikers between the Bear Creek and Salome Hot Springs in the Belknap region. It'll be on the wall close to the women's restroom and next to a green dumpster.
8. Belknap Fire Season Warning Sign
West of Marion Forks in the Three Finger Jack Recreation Area, you'll find this sign overlooking a campsite.
9. Seeking Gorgeous Man
These personal ads can be found on a desk in the back office of Crazy Willie's Gift Shop in the Belknap region, which is a location you'll visit a few times in the story campaign.
10. Frontier Motel Brochures
Exit Crazy Willie's and head to the Frontier Hotel that's next door to the left. You'll find these brochures on a chair in the reception area.
11. Sherman's Camp Brochure
This brochure is impossible to miss as Addy will give it to you during the mission "Sherman's Camp Is Crawling."
12. Meet The Campfire Cadets
When you reach Sherman's Camp, there will be a building with a sign for "Camp Pioneer." Head inside, go left, and you'll find this collectible on a picnic table.
The Days Gone Remaster Is Tempting Me to Finally Get a PS5
I played Days Gone on the PS4 on a relatively old TV. Now, it's getting an upgrade and I have a nice TV but still don't own a PS5. Unfortunately, prices haven't gone down yet so I'll definitely keep my eyes peeled for a sale, as it might finally be time to join the PS5 team.
13. Sherman's Camp Farmer's Market Poster
This can be found inside a house northwest of Iron Mike's Farm in the Lost Lake region. It'll have a yellow bulldozer parked in front of it. You'll find this poster on a corkboard next to a cabinet.
14. Rogue Camp Whiskey Menu
There's a small bar called the Bucking Elk Lounge in a town just east of the Rogue Tunnel Nero Checkpoint. Inside, you'll find this collectible on a table that has an overturned stool on top.
15. Preserving The Beauty Of Crater Lake Poster
Found at the Crater Lake National Park building southeast of Wizard Island. This building has two entrances, with one leading to a gift shop and one leading to a diner. This poster will be inside the gift shop behind the counter next to a cash register.
16. Crater Lake Postcards
Next, head to the diner part of the building where you picked up the last collectible. These postcards will be on a table with various condiments to your left as you enter.
17. Fishing At Diamond Lake Village
This can be found attached to a booth on the dock within the Diamond Lake Encampment.
18. Chemult Suds-Fest
Northeast of the Chemult Community College Nero Checkpoint in the Highway 97 region will be a fuel station with a Brick Oven Pizza & Pub restaurant. You'll find this flyer attached to a corkboard inside on the left side.
19. Balloons Over Chemult
Southeast of the Brick Oven Pizza & Pub, there will be a parking lot with blue school buses there. There will be a small green house with a small satellite dish on the roof. Head inside the house to find this flyer attached to another corkboard.
Do You Think The Days Gone Remaster Is Gauging Interest In A Sequel?
Any hope of a Days Gone sequel has been pretty clearly dashed in the past, but it is interesting to see Sony respond and at least give the passionate fanbase something to be happy about. Should the remaster be a rousing success, do you think even the most certain scrapped projects be resurrected?
20. Take Out & Tunes
Directly across from the Brick Oven Pizza & Pub will be the Timber Auto Parts shop. Enter through the door on the left, and this flyer will be on a corkboard inside.
21. Pet Parade
There is yet another collectible in this general area. Next to the Brick Oven Pizza & Pub will be a store called Chemult Country Ranch And Feed. Much like the last three collectibles, this flyer will be pinned to a corkboard.
22. Chemult Community College Green Week Poster
This collectible can be found at Chemult Community College, which just so happens to be slightly southwest of the Chemult Community College Nero Checkpoint in the Highway 97 region. As you head up the stairs from the parking lot, enter the large building on the right from the back entrance. This poster will be on the wall just to the left of you.
23. Chemult Ski Resort Brochure
This can be found inside the ski resort you find Taylor at in the mission "I Don't Wanna Hang." As you enter from the doors in the back, head into the left area to find this brochure on the counter near some cash registers.
24. Klamath Marsh Wetlands Preservation Flyer
You'll need to head to the Bare Bay Ambush Camp, which is found at the very bottom of the map, southeast of the Chemult Community College. Once you're at this ambush camp, head slightly southwest to find this flyer pinned to a board.
25. Iron Butte Ranch Masters Tournament
There's a fuel station just west of the Rogue Tunnel Nero Checkpoint in the Iron Butte region. Head inside to find this flyer sitting on the counter next to the cash register.
26. Adam Finch Stout Label
You'll get this collectible in a cabin east of the Berley Lake Ambush Camp. It'll be inside on the wall next to a pinball machine.
27. Snowbrush Ranch Alpaca Farm
This will be inside a farmhouse used by the Rippers north of the Rogue Tunnel Nero Checkpoint. You'll find it on a small table next to a horribly mutilated body.
28. Classified Virus Research
The last tourism collectible is inside the Cloverdale Research Facility, which is a location you will eventually visit later in the story. Go inside the building in the middle with the glass doors, then head upstairs. Keep going until you reach the offices and then go left. You'll find this collectible on a desk with filing cabinets on it.
