How to Unlock and Use Fast Travel in Days Gone
Once players have reached the areas of interest mentioned above, they unlock the ability to fast travel to it, but if there are some factors that may prevent them for doing so right away.
In order to be able to fast travel in Days Gone, gamers have reached the fast travel point before and then they must clear any infestation zones between them and their destination. If there are Freaker nests in their way, Deacon will not be able to reach a fast travel point. Therefore, if players want to unlock fast travel across the entire map, they will have to map it their mission to clear the infestation zones in the regions that they have unlocked.
Additionally, players need to be close to their back to fast travel and it needs enough fuel to reach the destination. If it's running low on fuel or players are trying to travel too far, they might have to pick a travel point that's closer to them, fill up the bike's gas tank, and then travel to their final destionation.
Fast travel is not available in Survival difficulty modes. Disabling fast travel is one of the modifiers in Survival and Survival II save files.
