Days Gone Remastered has a New Game Plus game mode. However, it is not available from the get-go unless players import a finished save file from the original version of the game.

To unlock New Game Plus in Days Gone Remastered, players must finish the For An Outlaw Biker mission, which is the last main story mission in the game. After completing this last mission, they will have officially finished the main story of Days Gone and will gain access to NG+. However, before starting a New Game Plus save file, players might want to stick around to complete the post-game missions.

Alternatively, fans who have the save data of the original game on their PS5 or PC can import it on the title screen. If players have completed any of their imported save files, they can immediately go for a New Game Plus playthrough in Days Gone Remastered.
