Days Gone Remastered comes out on April 25, 2025, but the exact time of release depends on the player's region. According to the PlayStation Store pre-order countdown, fans can expect to be able to play Days Gone Remastered on April 25 at 12 AM EDT / 5 AM WEST or on April 24 at 9 PM PDT / 10 PM MDT. The upgraded version of the base game will launch at the same time.

Gamers who have pre-ordered the game or the upgrade can now preload it so that once launch time comes, they can start playing immediately.

Players who want to get access to Days Gone Remastered on Steam or the Epic Games Store must purchase the Broken Road DLC for the Days Gone base game, which will be available at the same time as Days Gone Remastered and the Days Gone upgrade coming to PlayStation 5.
