Age of Empires 3 has stood out as a distinctive entry in the long-running real-time strategy series since its release in 2005, primarily for its focus on European colonization. However, this chapter is coming to an end, as the original version is being delisted and will no longer be supported. According to an announcement on the game's Steam page, the decision is due to outdated technology, resulting in the game's removal from digital storefronts on October 10 and the shutdown of its multiplayer features on October 30.
