Black Myth: Wukong

Awesome game! Enjoyed it all the way through and especially new game +!

One of the games with super good graphics and script, but the gameplay such as if you cannot define the boss you will never finish the game, and if you don't have countless hours and energy to play, you just waste money for the award-winning masterpiece that after few months of attempts to continue you just forget and don't understand why no settings to make the boos easier. It is just a game.

In the end, it is just another Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

I don't feel like putting that much energy into games, I like to enjoy it.

Well at least chinees must know that not all will enjoy their piece of mythology to the end.

2024-25 Game of the year

For everyone trying to keep this game from being successful, I hope you tune in this December when Black Myth Wukong wins Game of the Year. This game is a masterpiece and the rest of the world needs to take note of Game Science and their wild success with over 21 million copies worldwide. No other game comes close. Ask yourself why that is and the answer should be simple: It’s a great game that stayed true to its origin without compromising gameplay for forced inclusiveness, which is a proven recipe for failure in the video game production industry, however, Black Myth Wukong has emerged as a diamond in the rough that was the year 2024, which saw more game failures than any before to the point that some studios were embarrassed and tried to hide their sales numbers from the gamers and investors, Ubisoft with Star Wars Outlaws as they were embarrassed by their low sales, as they should be,especially being in Steam with games like Back Myth Wukong. Games Science has perfected the recipe for success in the video game industry: make great games prioritizing the game and performance over superficial inclusion and forced diversity- this was one of three games this year that was worth the money. I gifted two copies after playing it myself. Black Myth Wukong honored the legend on which the game is based so beautifully that I actually bought and am reading currently the full Journey to The West story because of the amazing feelings of triumph progressing through the game, this masterpiece truly is a living work of art. All hail Game Science, this is definitely the Game of The Year for 2024.

From the countless hours I have put into Wukong, I can say without a doubt that it is a masterpiece. The visuals are stunning, capturing every detail of its mythological world with care. The gameplay seems fluid and dynamic, with combat that has serious depth. I can’t get over how creative the abilities look, especially with all the transformations. The first phase of NG+ Erlang Shen terrifies me to this day.

Playing as the Monkey King gives it a unique twist, and the world feels rich with Chinese mythology. I’m stoked to see where the story goes, but it’s hard to gauge the final product yet. If they can deliver on the gameplay as well as the trailer promises, this could be a new classic.

Truly embodies the spirit of Chinese mythology and showcases the full potential of Unreal Engine. Though it's certainly not easy, this only adds to the satisfaction when you finally defeat a boss after many attempts. Some of the character designs are absolutlely phenomenal, as are the fighting techniques!
