It’s amazing how such an old game can remain a timeless classic for so long. Chrono Trigger is a true masterpiece, delivering some of the most beautiful pixel art I’ve ever seen and a well-crafted story with characters who interact seamlessly and plenty of epic moments, like when Frog decides to use the Masamune to clear a path to Magus’ castle. It’s a shame we didn’t get more games in the series, but I think that’s part of what keeps the aura of this game so special.
