Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world action-adventure from the creators of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, CD Projekt Red.

Night City is a stunning place to get lost in—it feels alive, chaotic, and full of stories. The characters really stuck with me, especially Judy and Panam, but the bugs early on were hard to ignore. Once the game stabilized, though, it became an experience I didn’t want to leave.

Cyberpunk 2077 may have released in a buggy state, but as of 2025 Cyberpunk 2077 has proven itself that Night City is the place to explore of the future. Exploring Night City is only one part of the fun in Cyberpunk, as this RPG might as well be a fashion simulator with the amount of incredible outfits you can create without worrying about the armor it gives. The icing on the cake for Cyberpunk 2077 is its thrilling story that's made even better by Keanu Reeves!

I really enjoyed this game and the DLC. I really got into this game and feeling connected to the main character V. In my opinion, it was an emotional game connecting you to V and the challenges she faced. The game was beautifully made and I'm glad that the glitches were fixed before I started playing it. I love night city and driving around listening to the night city radio. This game is very addicting and I look forward to more content for this game.

A lot of misconceptions about this game being bad are common and it's quite sad. This is genuinely one of the best games I have ever experienced, the style, gameplay and characters really add to the immersion of this masterpiece. Every little detail looks as if it has had half the studio working overtime on it and the smoothness and variety to the combat make you feel like a badass Merc! I was some super commando with robot arms blowing stuff up with a homing-explosive round shotgun. What isn't to love about this game. 10 pubert points/10

I was so hyped for Cyberpunk 2077, and while it didn’t deliver on every promise, I still enjoyed my time in Night City. The world-building and characters are fantastic, but bugs and performance issues at launch were kind of annoying, but it's still a fantastic game that stays with you.

I remember the hassle in gaming news surrounding the launch of this game, but despite all that: this game flourished into something outstanding. Night City and all surrounding areas are ripe with story and character. Side-quests carry the gameplay a long ways, and the character building is so unique that it stands out compared to other action RPGs. This game offers several different ways to play the game, and the writing is some of the coolest ever in a sci-fi setting. Cyberpunk is no longer a cheesy 80s concept, but a new age critique of industrializing megacorporations and artificial intelligence.

Cyberpunk 2077 has earned its flowers after Update 2.0 and Phantom Liberty, providing players on the PS5/PC/Xbox Series X era with one of the greatest gaming experiences of all time. The missions, characters, and narrative create an epic unison of an incredibly rich world that's hard to leave, and heartbreaking to be within.

I think Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the games I was most hyped to play. So much so that, even with all the bugs at launch, it didn’t dampen my excitement. However, I like to see the game as a product that kept improving thanks to the developers’ dedication and love for what they created. Even in its initial version, despite the issues, it was clear the game had a lot of potential.

That said, it’s impossible to overlook those early problems. The game had some frustrating bugs, but the new patches, especially the 2.0 update, addressed many of them and introduced plenty of exciting features to Cyberpunk 2077. It’s one of the reasons I still consider it one of my favorite games.

Cyberpunk 2077 was fun from the day it launched. That was my experience. I was lucky enough to have a PS5, so that is what I played it on. The game crashed. A LOT. Yes, it was incredibly frustrating. But...when it worked, it was so good. I actually miss quite a bit from the build of the original game. However, it seems the game probably should not have launched on what was then 'current-gen' consoles, i.e. PS4 and Xbox One. Still, I loved the game, and didn't personally find the bugs to be more egregious that another major RPG maker that shall go unnamed.

Fast forward 167 years, and the cars are flying around without drivers. According to most, Cyberpunk 2077 is in a far better state. I still thought it was in California? What is true, is that the game seems to be much closer to matching the devs' vision. The AI is significantly improved, and there have been massive changes to the overall player experience. Most players agree that the changes made the game much better. I agree - to a certain extent. What I will say is this: if you have not played Cyberpunk 2077, do yourself a favor, and get on that train to Night City. Form your own opinion.

Definitely one of my favorite games, even if it fell massively short of what was promised before launch. The lore of the game world is so rich and detailed that it was almost impossible for this to be a bad game, even with it's many flaws!

Love this game for it's rich detail, environments that feel alive, excellent stories and character development and volume of content. I put in over 150 hours before I moved on to another game. Also as goofy as it sounds I loved that they treated the romance and sexuality with maturity. Straight as an arrow but I appreciate that vanilla is not the only option. Overall this game is a masterpiece that everyone should experience

The best game ever made. If they improve upon it, it will be a miracle. Over 2 years in and I'm still not burnt out on it. So many endings. So many awesome ways to build out your character... Wanna be a samurai? Be a samurai. In the future. Wanna be a sniper? Be a sniper then.Wanna be a pistolero? You guessed it. But my favorite weapons are the smart guns. Shottys, machine guns, sub-machine guns... And you can be a futuristic wizard of sorts... With quick-hacks. Hit people in their cyberware. So many ways to do this too... And you can even build out your weapons and customize them so many ways... SICK...SICK...SICK... BEST GAME EVER.

ALRIGHT HMO EVERYONE:

You want a stellar review, well he'll you got one!! CyberPunk is an amazing game; much as the next one over can say! It's beautiful storyline to the freedom of playstyles you can explore is absolutely immersive in detail, all the way from heywood to corpo-Plaza!
Sure, there are some glitches in the game; crashing a NPCD officers car, only to find them driving wonder woman's invisible jet,-but the point this holds is that these glitches are just harmless and goofy!!
Trust me here; games a solid 10! Remember people there's a reason it has a hit anime on Netflix and is getting a flippin sequel (codenamed project Orion) to the game!!

Is the game good now? Yes, it is. But don't expect it to be as good as The Witcher 3.

Don't buy it on PS4/XboxOne as it is still unplayable on older consoles. They never fixed it for those platforms.

Also, don't buy it if you think it would be another GTA. You just can't enjoy it that way!

Even with it annoyingly crashing on me on PS5 .... could load again and play through. Really immersed world. Excellent graphics and solid story line with great actors in lead roles. Played both the game and the massive DLC

After the 2.0 major overhaul and the cyberpunk Netflix anime I decided to revisit the game and was amazed.. it has easily joined my favorite games of all time.. and have played through it over and over.
