Description
Dark Souls 2, released in 2014, is the second title in From Software's iconic Dark Souls series. Players create their own character, an "undead" who will one day become a zombie-like Hollow if players cannot break the curse by defeating a powerful enemy.

Despite coming from a series with a pedigree for notoriously high levels of difficulty, 'Dark Souls 2' represents not only the most accessible title, but also the most refined.

Dark Souls 2 may not be a fan favorite, but it is still a fantastic game. The gameplay style is similar to the first one, but different enough so that it feels like a slightly different game. But the essence of lore building is the same, and great as ever.

A solid Souls experience with great atmosphere and exploration. That said, the gargoyle boss fight and a few others were more frustrating than fun. Despite its flaws, it’s still a challenging journey worth taking.

Might have fallen short of the first in some respects but its still very solid and provides a good challenge!

My first ever Souls experience.
Can't say I loved it, but it was a good experience overall, though I really didn't enjoy some of the boss battles.
