Days Gone Remastered

Days Gone is one of my favorite games, I’m loving the remastered version. The sky at night is beautiful! The thunder and lightning when it storms is so realistic. Overall it’s a beautiful game. The music is also one of my favorite parts of the game.

Can't wait to play the remastered version. Days gone is a big favorite of mine.

It took me a few tries to warm up to Days Gone.But now that I've played the original and the remastered version I personally rate this right up close to The last of us 2 remastered.I have over 200+ hours on both.So Sony do us All a favor and let them make a part 2!!!!

Love this game!Best game I've played in a long time.

This is a weird comfort food game for me. I acknowledge that the story feels like a few bad seasons of Sons Of Anarchy with some characters who are about as likable as a hemorrhoid, but I just like it for some strange reason. I enjoy planning out how to efficiently take out massive hordes of Freakers or gangs of Rippers. I like being stealthy, crafting bombs and distraction items, and being a biker who likes to mutter borderline psychotic things to himself. So if you go in with a low expectation of the story, Days Gone can be a good time. Just get ready to cringe from some of the dialogue.

One of the best and most underrated games I've ever played!! Needs a sequel!!

I absolutely love this game I did not think I would like it as much as I did but after playing it you just fall in love with the storyline… It has a really rich story that is highly relatable and it has everything guns, zombies, a love story, and a story of true friendship determination will power to achieve your goal and overcome together! I’m serious the game has everything the zombie play is intense!!! If the game was literally brought out today right now at this very moment and released it would keep up with every other game out there and surpassed many. Granting the graphics would be a little subpar for today but hey man for its time the graphics were on point and the graphics don’t look bad at all!!! Give the game a try. If your a gamer you’ll love it….I hope the next game that they come out with that they are rumored to have in the Works is a sequel to Dayz Gone!!!! The only thing that game is missing is co-op capability. Seriously it is set up and geared for co-op in so many ways. All they would have to do is unlock the character. His best friend is with him from the very beginning and he has friends/ acquaintances throughout the entire game that game. I’m telling you this game was made to be co-op- capable….. SOOOO….. please game makers, if you’re actually listening!?!?!? Stay with Dayz Gone storyline, keep the character…. It’s a gold mine. Change the story up a bit everybody’s dying to find out what happened between him and Sarah…. Come on the story writes itself yo…. make a sequel have her run the research lab bring bigger better zombies, mutated bigger better zombie animals… Oh adding the ability to be able to fish would be awesome!!! now that I’ve pretty much gave you a several storyline bucket of nuggets get busy, make the game, and we’ll buy it!!!! ( If you build it they will come!!!!! )

While far from a bad game, the original Days Gone was never anything to write home about. Unfortunately, the 2025 remaster somehow manages to feel even less noteworthy. If you never got a chance to play the original and enjoy open-world zombie games that evoke a strong sense of isolation through music and scenery, then Days Gone Remastered might be worth your time. Otherwise, it's far from essential unless you're a die-hard fan. If I'm being honest, the way that people have romanticized the game in recent years strikes me as a little odd. It was mid back in 2019, and it's still mid now.
