The Fall had potential, but it’s pretty clear it was made with mobile gamers in mind, and that’s where it lost me. The controls were awkward on PC, and the gameplay felt watered down compared to what I love about the series. Still, the story hooked me for a bit, and I liked revisiting the Deus Ex world. If you go in with tempered expectations, it’s a bite-sized Deus Ex experience—just don’t expect the depth of the mainline games.
