Chaotic Combat for the Chronically Incurable - Revel in your relapse and fight your way through The Unwell, taking on its twisted inhabitants wielding one of four unorthodox weapons–including a giant ice cream or a lobotomised lollipop–each with its own unique advantages.

As you advance through The Unwell, you’ll unlock new playable characters and collect talent stars to unlock upgrades for yourself and your weapons, boosting them with peculiar powers in preparation for the big boss battle that lies ahead.
