Description
Overwatch 2 is an always-on and ever-evolving free-to-play, team-based action game set in an optimistic future, where every match is the ultimate 5v5 battlefield brawl. Power up your railgun and disrupt the battlefield as Sojourn, or yield your axe and command attention as Junker Queen. Battle to take control of a robot and move it toward the enemy base in the new Push Mode. Bring the fight to new destinations across the globe in iconic locations like New York, Rome, Monte Carlo and Rio. Daily challenges and frequent updates mean there is always something new to play.

Overwatch turns the shooter genre on its head by delivering a bright, colorful world full 21 unique heroes and game modes that demand players to work together if they want to pull off a victory.

Addictive gun play that I will never forget. It might be one of the few PvP titles that I have ever enjoyed and have played more than 4 hours. It's such a shame what happened to it, when it had so much potential staying as Overwatch instead of being closed to push everyone to Overwatch 2.

Though it wasn't first out of the gate, Bilzzard's chaotic, competitive action game helped popularize the "hero-based shooter", with its growing lineup of distinct and dynamic characters. Especially now, years after its more humble release, Overwatch (and its fleshed-out sequel) offers a hero for virutally EVERY style of play - from straight of Call of Duty-style run-and-gun (Soldier 76), to Titanfall-esque mech tanks (Dva), to more passive healers you might find in a tactical, fantasy RPG (Mercy).
To go along with, Blizzard offers virtually endless rotating/seasonal content along with a slew of unique game modes that mix up the flow and tactics of this team-oriented shooter.

Legendary PvP shooter with memorable characters and maps. Shame they abandoned it for the sequel really.

Met one of my best friends on Overwatch and I'll always have a soft spot for it.

Overwatch was a great game when it came out with an innovative competitive gameplay.
But it didn't age well because Activision was way too greedy. It could've aged like Rainbow Six Siege, Dota 2, or LOL, but Activision's greed killed it!
