One of the best games to release in 2024 despite a lot of the bitter haters trying to derail it. It might not be as good Nier Automata but it's in the same vein of action/adventure.

The world-building is solid, and the character design is beautiful. The combat system is fluid, and I felt like I was always in control of the action. But, the story is a bit generic, and the repetitive side missions start to wear on you. It’s a fun action game with a great combat system, but the lack of innovation in its narrative holds it back.

I believe it's probably one of the best games I've ever played and I also enjoyed all of the costumes and such it is just a fun game to play

Finally out on PC worth the wait better graphics and fun combat, the characters are well designed and their expressions feels more close to real bsides that 2 big collaborations with plenty of cosmetics

I didn't really get to sink a lot of time into Stellar Blade when it first dropped on PS5, and so was delighted when I got a chance to test out the PC port. I thoroughly enjoyed the melee combat and found the visuals to be impressive for a studio of Shift Up's size. The only thing holding the game back are its ranged combat sections and lackluster narrative, the latter of which feels like a huge missed opportunity given that the devs got just about everything else right.
