Tekken 6 improved on Tekken 5, but it didn’t quite push the envelope in terms of innovation. The gameplay is solid, and the new characters, including Lars, were fun, but it didn’t feel as fresh as previous entries. The inclusion of the Rage system added an interesting layer of strategy, but it felt a little gimmicky at times. The story mode was decent, but it felt like the series was running out of ideas. Still, if you’re a fan of Tekken, it’s a solid game.
