Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 1 has become the biggest anime movie ever, managing to do incredible numbers at the Japanese Box Office. More than that, however, it reignited the love of the fans for Demon Slayer on an unprecedented scale. Fans are now hyped for the next movie, Infinity Castle Part 2, and it is sure to feature some of the most powerful characters.
Demon Slayer: 10 Most Important Characters in Infinity Castle Part 2
Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 2 is coming, and its focus characters have already been revealed.
With some characters like Akaza having gone down in the first movie, new powerful characters will rise to show their abilities in the next movie, such as Kokushibo, and the Stone Hashira, Gyomei.
Mitsuri
The Love Hashira
The Love Hashira, Mitsuri, is definitely a powerhouse even among the Hashira. Fans have already seen her abilities during the Swordsman Village arc when she held off the previous Upper Rank Four on her own until sunrise.
Mitsuri will face the Upper Rank 4 again in the next movie, but this time, it will be Nakime, the newly promoted demon with full control over the Infinity Castle. That said, her powers will truly shine in the final battle against Muzan, rather than in the second movie.
Obanai
The Serpent Hashira
Obanai will have his moment during Infinity Castle Part 2, but his true shining moment will be in the final Demon Slayer movie. Nonetheless, Obanai will go up against the Upper Rank Four Nakime. His role may not seem as big, but it is surely going to be vital in the upcoming Demon Slayer movie. He still has a lot to offer, both against Nakime and beyond that.
Giyu
The Water Hashira
Giyu took the center stage during the first movie, Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 1. Alongside Tanjiro, Giyu took on the Upper Rank Three Akaza, and while they nearly lost, Akaza’s suicide allowed them to survive and prepare for the next threat.
Giyu remains one of the strongest Hashira and he will be present in the next movie as well. That said, he will not be seen much in Infinity Castle Part 2 as he recovers from his first battle. He will make his big return against Muzan in the final film.
Sanemi
The Wind Hashira
Sanemi is quite easily one of the most competent Hashira ever seen. As the Wind Hashira, he will face the toughest battle of Infinity Castle Part 2 when he, along with some others, confronts Kokushibo.
Sanemi will display his destructive Breathing attacks, and without him, the others would never have managed to stand up to such an overwhelmingly powerful Upper Rank One demon.
Gyomei
The Stone Hashira
Among the Hashira, it is quite easy to see that the strongest is, undoubtedly, Gyomei, the Stone Hashira. Gyomei is the oldest and most experienced, and he, along with other characters, will face Kokushibo.

The demons are ruthless in the Infinity Castle and ready to take on the Demon Slayers.
The fights in Infinity Castle Part 2 won’t be easy, but Gyomei will demonstrate why he’s considered the best among the Hashira.
Nakime
The Upper Rank Four Demon
Nakime was promoted to the position of Upper Rank Four by Muzan before the start of Infinity Castle, and she will live up to this title in Part 2. Her Blood Demon Art is pivotal for the whole battle, and once she is defeated, the Infinity Castle is likely to crumble. Taking down Nakime will be key in the quest to beat the Demon King Muzan.
Doma
The Upper Rank Two Demon
Doma is the Upper Rank Two Demon, and the confrontation with him started in the first movie, all thanks to Shinobu. As fans know very well, Doma managed to kill and absorb Shinobu, so he is still alive and kicking as one of the strongest in Infinity Castle Part 2.
Kanao and Inosuke will go up against him soon, and it'll be interesting to see how they hold up against him in this major battle in Infinity Castle Part 2.
Kokushibo
The Upper Rank One Demon
Kokushibo is Muzan’s strongest subordinate, by far. Fans have always wanted to see more of him, and that's exactly what will happen in Infinity Castle Part 2.
His battle will finally unfold as he takes on some very powerful Hashira. It’s expected to be the toughest fight yet, requiring four demon slayers to keep him in check.
Muzan
The Demon King
Muzan is, without a doubt, the strongest character currently alive in Demon Slayer. The only man capable of defeating him alone, Yoriichi, has died.
Muzan is the final boss of the series, and his ultimate confrontation will be beyond Infinity Castle Part 2, but fans are eagerly waiting to see what he has planned as the intense battles continue.
