Swordsmith Village's location provides the much-needed opening for an ambush, so Upper-Rank Five Gyokko, and Upper-Rank Four Hantengu, take it upon themselves to use the golden opportunity. Meanwhile, Tanjiro, Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito, Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji, Nezuko, and Genya are already in the village, unaware of the conspiracies hatched by the forces of evil. As the members of the Twelve Kizuki unleash a ruthless attack, Kamado and his comrades are caught off-guard. The defenseless villagers die one after another as the situation appears grim in the face of the dangerous incursion.
