One Destiny 2 Hunter experimenting with the game's customization options found a way to transform into the famous DC character Nightwing. The Hunter class is one of the three classes available in Destiny 2, besides Warlock and Titan.
For decades, Batman's sidekick Dick Grayson, or Nightwing, has appeared in everything from comics to games. One of his more recent appearances came in 2022's Gotham Knights, in which he was one of the game's playable characters. In a pleasant surprise for Nightwing fans, the Blüdhaven Brawler's iconic look has been expertly recreated in Destiny 2.

One Reddit user shared images of their Destiny 2 Hunter sporting Nightwing's iconic black-and-blue colors. From the torso to the feet, the customized character's appearance is eerily reminiscent of the DC superhero's costume. The player also shared a screenshot of the custom options they chose within the game to recreate Nightwing's look. In the comments, one user praised the outfit and highlighted the seamless harmony of the costume's colors, while another joked about the Nightwing-inspired Hunter posing with what appears to be a gun in one of the images.
Destiny 2's Customization Unlocks Countless Possibilities
In Destiny 2, players can customize their Guardians at any point in the game for free. Besides their species, any aspect of the character can be customized to the player's liking at any point. This includes modifying the face, hair, body, and markings, such as tattoos. Over the years, fans have leveraged the game's character customization to create some memorable looks. A few months ago, one avid Destiny 2 player configured their Guardian's appearance to give a nod to renowned Marvel villain Doctor Doom.
While customization is a fun aspect of the game, it isn't the only thing that has been keeping Destiny 2 fans engaged recently. Earlier this month, developer Bungie provided a major content drop, shipping the anticipated Act 2 of Episode Echoes. The second act lets players explore three unique battlegrounds as they embark on a new chapter in the Echoes saga. The third and final act in Episode Echoes is scheduled to land in the game on August 27. Going into the new year, tons of additional content is planned for Destiny 2 as the developers continue to expand upon its story as part of The Final Shape DLC.
